Very comfortable stay. Beautifully furnished and modern amenities.
The location is excellent and the staff are lovely however the parking was not so good we had to stay in the long stay car park and move the car later when there was eventually a space outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing.
Lovely room, great location, very nice staff, food in the restaurant was excellent.
Beautiful hotel with some serious attention to detail on the amenities. The bed was soft, penhaligon bathroom items, coffee press in the room and the tub is a great way to relax.
Unfortunately we had a bit of a crisis after dining in the restaurant (not related) 06/10/24 and the staff acted very professionally and compassionately. Intentionally vague for consideration of my partner.
Please pass on our appreciation for the kindness shown to the staff.
Beautiful warm and welcoming hotel. Lovely touches like a bathroom auto night light, great waterfall shower and the decor in all the rooms meant they all felt special. Location was wonderful too right outside the castle entrance.
