Cozy, friendly staff, clean, good food, beautiful surroundings
We've stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are lovely, the staff are extremely friendly and the food is excellent...... and then there's the views. If you want location then this is it, with no real competition in the area.
There was nothing to dislike, the location, the room, the bathroom, the facilities, the food, the staff, excellent.
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice including gluten free options, tea and a lovely Full English.
Lying in a warm bed listening to the wind outside during the night really made the "Ilkley Moor experience" feel right.
Beautiful area, beautiful building, friendly staff, professional yet casual set up.
