A good choice on the menu for breakfast and dinner. The beef Wellington was exceptional so I had it on Friday and Saturday. The full English looked amazing but we all said it lacked taste so the next morning my son and I had salmon with scrabbled eggs which was very good. My husband had the full English again and said it was much tastier the 2nd morning. All in all an excellent restaurant.

The hotel is located in a nice peaceful location a few hundred yards from the village.
The hotel is clearly kept in a good state of repair and is well maintained, clean and tidy.
Plenty of private guest parking available at the hotel.
Checking in was simple and we were quickly shown to our room.
We arrived via motorcycle in torrential rain, and we were offered to put our wet gear into the hotels warm boiler room to dry out, which was greatly appreciated.
All of the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Our room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable.
Our evening meal in the hotel was excellent as was breakfast the following morning.
Highly recommend and hope to return for another stay sometime.

We had a lovely 2 night break at the Craven Arms. The food was excellent with a wide variety on the menu. Our room was superb..... (room 6) The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at the Craven Arms again when in the area.
