It was stylish, clean and well equipped. Got a great night's sleep, the shower was good.
Location was ideal, convenient, flat was comfortable and well equipped
Easy to park close to entrance door. Clear instructions given in advance to find the property & retrieve the key. Nice selection of things like milk, coffee, sugar, biscuits was really helpful. Good LG smart TV similar to one we have. Not a problem for us, but the lack of instructions on its use would be a negative for anyone unfamiliar with the model.

Aparetment was clean, comfortable, well finished with quality fixtures and fittings. All done to a very high standard
Lovely place, nicely fitted up, comfy bed. It's a bit of a walk to Malvern.
