The location could not be better. It was immaculate and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and loved the all the extra touches with decor. The kitchen was fully stocked too and enjoyed the Nespresso pods. The history of the family was such a neat addition as well.
EVERYTHING!!!!! I know that’s not terribly helpful, but it was perfect for our little family of four (4 adults). It was gorgeous and SO CLEAN! Comfortable common furniture, and lots of it.
It was very central and the accommodation was clean and very well appointed with amenities.
This is an unique opportunity to stay in a historic building right on the Royal Mile and steps away from Edinburgh Castle and many key attractions (Mary King Close, Camera Obscura, The Chocolatarium, University of Edinburgh). The building is very old, but the apartment has been completely renovated to preserve the historical architectural details while being extremely comfortable (USB charging ports, lighting on the stairs, gas fireplace, etc). The kitchen is stocked with cookware and basics, and the washer made it easy to do a few loads of clothes. The bathrooms are fantastic. If you want to get a taste of historical Edinburgh, this rental shouldn't be missed!
The location was amazing. Could not have asked for a better location! Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. A very helpful host. A lovely touch to have a Christmas tree.
