The location is perfect - right in the middle of the lovely historic town of Newbury. The pub is clean and friendly with a great atmosphere. The room was comfortable and had everything a person could require overnight. The bed was particularly comfy!
Really nice pub and very friendly and helpful staff.
Bed was comfortable and the location really convenient. Very much enjoyed staying here.
Despite it being a popular pub, the rooms are quiet and we had no issues sleeping even with the window open.
Self serve continental breakfast was perfect as didn't want to be tempted by a cooked offering!
The Dolphin is a Pub with rooms. Our room was spacious comfortable bed. Shower and Toilet OK. TV good
Food in Hotel was good, General Bar cuisine. Bar area was comfortable outside and inside.
Breakfast was Continental. Nice meats and bread. Cereals also. A nice Breakfast offering.
Location was excellent a short walk to the Town. for us a long walk to Newbury Races(40minutes)
