The staff were excellent and very helpfull. I was travelling with my father who has a mild form of dementia, they were very understanding and made us feel at home.
A comfortable hotel in an excellent location by the River Severn, in the centre of town. The breakfast was very good (vegetarian option). Parking was easy.
Mike the Manager really helpful and friendly. Great central location.
We upgraded to a River view executive room and what a lovely room it was too.
The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and so relaxing just listening to the river.
I would imagine the front of hotel to be noisier especially as there is a nightclub opposite.
The cooked breakfast was included and it was very nice.
If we are that way again, we will definitely re book
