The hotel is very convenient for our occasional visits to Kilmarnock. It's a really pleasant stay and we're always happy to go back.
The staff were very nice and accommodating, food was okay and the rooms were a decent size but just very underwhelming.
My husband went for dinner one evening and said he enjoyed it.
The comfort of the Hotel and quality of food was first class. The location suited our requirements too, as we were visiting family in Kilmarnock.
