Paul and Debs went over and above to ensure that our short stay was comfortable. The location is perfect for Overstrand Beach, and there is a bus stop just the other side of the secure double gates. We were supplied with breakfast foods and fresh fruit that we hadn't expected, and found very welcome. We'll definitely rebook if we visit the area again.

Paul and Debs are fantastic hosts, extremely friendly and helpful, ready with tips about local spots to eat or a pub for a great pint (and their dogs are cute too). The flat was extremely clean, comfortable, and packed with lots of extra goodies that were unnecessary but truly wonderful (orange juice, cereal, bread, shower gel, hand cream, etc., I might as well have not packed anything!) Honestly this is one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. I am considering staying there again, certainly for longer next time.

The hosts met us as we arrived - a lovely couple, very welcoming. The flat was very well appointed with tea, coffee, milk, cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices & bread. There was an amazing selection of shower gels and shampoos. The flat in Overstrand is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions Norfolk has to offer plus the village itself has a pub and hotel where you can grab an evening meal just a short walk away. There is also a convenience store and post office in the village. There is parking onsite at the accommodation.
