I was on the 4th floor and my room had a nice view. It had a very modern warehouse feel, with wooden floors. The addition of a small kitchen was a nice bonus although only staying for 2 nights I didn't use. However, I noticed it was very well stocked, with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc and also a small mini safe. There was fresh milk in the fridge which was useful for the tea and coffee which was provided.

There was a hairdryer, (and a socket near the mirror!!) iron and ironing board.

The 'Amelia' bar attached to the hotel was a vibrant place for a drink and it also provided breakfast.

The staff are super friendly and so nice and polite. Lou was just lovely. She was so efficient and helpful.

The location was perfect for walking anywhere in Belfast and near many bus lines and the train station. The staff was exceptional. The hotel is connected to a bar/restaurant. Our room was a small L-shaped studio apartment with bedroom, living room and kitchenette.

Everything! Location is perfect. Small beautiful modern hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, with everything you need, we were surprised to see a fully equipped kitchen too. Staff is very nice, and they kindly helped us receive a package in our behalf before our check in.

Great location and helpful staff. The bathrooms and kitchens are nicely renovated. The bed was very comfortable.
