The staff was amazing and the food was incredible.

An absolutely beautiful country inn! Loved the atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and cozy. Freddie the owner and Mario the manager were wonderful. Would recommend this inn to everyone!

Lovely little place with a rich history and an excellent restaurant. Ultra quiet location, enough parking space, friendly and helpful personnel, breakfast to order, clean room with an excellent bed, nice bar and terrace, all 'n all we really felt at home!

This was a last-minute booking for work and I was not disappointed. The welcome on arrival was lovely and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I had dinner in the bar downstairs, which was very nice and cosy with a log burner keeping us warm, and a cooked breakfast the next morning. Breakfast starts at 08:30, which might be a little late for anyone needing to be on the road early for work, but which suited me fine. The pub has plenty of parking space on the opposite side of the road and is in a lovely quiet location.

Lovely place spotlessly clean very friendly staff the food is just amazing we had an evening meal in the restaurant best food I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time at that price point, the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely go back on our travels we used it as a stop off after flying into Bristol airport so we didn’t have to drive the whole way home and have an extended holiday certainly the right decision.
