We still was able to really enjoy our stay. We have been a returning family for a few years accommodation in a great location. Comfy and spacious.
Staff polite and attentive from the hotel. - we required to change the thermostat batteries which then unpaired from the boiler. Plumber was required to reconnect this and was not available until the following morning. Staff dealt with this in a timely manner and was prompt in bringing us some heaters over to keep the house warm. Really professional, polite and kept great communications.
