Lovely old building with history and heritage.
Ed, the proprietor, makes you feel welcome, appreciated and special.
Great place to stay if you are doing the Dales Way walk. Staff were so welcoming. The food is fantastic with incredible pies and breakfast.
The innkeeper was wonderful and made for a terrific experience during our Dales Way walk. We got there early in the rain and they let us in which was appreciated. lovely pub and tasty pie (Monday is our only).
What fantastic and kind hosts! The George inn was something out of history and the couple running the inn joined us for wine while we had dinner. Lovely company! Great stop for hiking along the Dale's way.
Absolutely loved our stay here from the moment we arrived Ed gave us the personal touch and couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing and so was our room.
