I liked a lot about it! I needed a bed and a roof for a good price and this was it! The staff was friendly, room got cleaned daily and the atmosphere was really nice. There's also a train station nearby, in case you want to go into Glasgow in about 20 minutes.
The hotel was lovely, thee staff are lovely, food was absolutely delicious.
The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help
The girl.Collette on reception and later on bar work, was so warm, kind, friendly and helpful that we instantly felt relaxed and at home. She and all other staff went over and above for us and thought ahead to.help.us at all times.
staff were great and nothing was too much, this hotel has clearly had a wee refurb.. its an auld place but that just gives it character.
