Everything we needed was supplied, clean and bigger than it looked! Perfect location for exploring Ilfracombe (take good walking shoes as plenty of steep hills!) We attended a wedding locally and would suggest if needed book taxis well in advance. Good communication with host and great instructions to enter.
This charming property is truly delightful. The outdoor area is lovely and offers a suitable space for a well-behaved dog with good recall, as the area is quite secluded. It was very clean, and the hosts thoughtfully provided touches such as welcome treats not only for us but also for our dog. Parking was straightforward, they provide a safe spot to leave the car during our stay. Property was comfortable and met ourexpectations. Very close to town and harbour and short walk to lovely lillte pub.
Excellent location, and yet hidden away and nice and private. The house is next to a main road, but is elevated and tucked away which helps with any noise.
Very comfortable sofa and living room/kitchen with lots of utensils, cups,mugs etc.
We had fresh scones and cream/jam left for us which was really lovely.
And the homemade dog biscuits and blanket for our pups was very sweet and much enjoyed!
All in all a very clean and comfortable stay, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Ilfracombe and surrounding beaches etc.
Would also highly recommend the local Indian restaurant in walkable distance and also the Italian!
