Comfortable bed. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Plenty of hooks which are a bonus. Another bonus is a luggage rack for your suitcase. Desk with a chair and plenty of hangars in the wardrobe. Great parking. Little conveniences that are important to travelers and they all add up to a return stay.

Cooked breakfast was lovely except for the soda bread toast. No other option. A fruit bowl would be a good addition. Staff very pleasant.

Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Food good and reasonably priced in restaurant . Room clean and comfortable. Plenty of car parking.

The staff - in particular Colin in the bar, and Sue who served breakfast. As a solo female traveller, I very much appreciated Colin's kindly attention. He ensured that I was comfortable generally, and also whilst eating alone in the bar area in the evening. He also arranged for me to have a 'buffet' breakfast in my room, on the day that I had to leave the pub before the breakfast service started. Sue, who served breakfasts, was friendly, helpful and lovely to chat to.

The room was spacious and comfy, staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with how good it was, the scrambeled eggs & omlette were delicious and the gluten free bread/roll they served was so so good.
