Breakfast and room were great! Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in with all my years of hotel stays.

Great hotel, great food, great staff, and great location.
The location and the decor of the rooms. The courtesy of the staff. The Bar. The size is small, cozy and quiet. It is true old English elegance. But best of all, it is steps away from Royal Albert Hall and a short walk to the V&A Museum. And the small restaurant is excellent .
The decor and ambience are fabulous -- Cool traditional English style, which is lots of fun. The location is excellent with proximity to the V+A, Hyde Park, and lots of restaurants.
