It was situated in the center if Bedale easy to find. Very comfortable and clean staff helpful

The staff were friendly and helpful. Tea was served with an extra jug of hot water without having to ask. Food was cooked well and was tasty. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was a fan in the room.
