Newly decorated and furnished. In fact everything in the room and bathroom seemed brand new. Couldn't fault it. Good value breakfast. Didn't feel as if we were eating in the bar.

All the staff are very nice , the room is clean and comfortable
despite an initial panic when we checked in (we had been allocated a double room when there were 3 of us (and I'd booked a family room) we were checked in and problem solved quickly and efficiently. The room was really spacious and clean and a great base for us visiting family. Staff are always friendly and helpful and breakfast a treat!
