Located in Bude, on Cornwall’s picturesque coastline, this charming guest house offers attractively furnished rooms with flat-screen TVs. A couple of minutes from Summerleaze Beach and the town center, there is limited free parking. Each cozily furnished room at The Grosvenor includes a hospitality tray, radio-alarm and tea/coffee-making facilities. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available from reception upon request. Some rooms located at the front of the house enjoy views of the canal, river and countryside. A full English breakfast or lighter options are served every morning in the bright, airy breakfast room, using local produce wherever possible. Guests can relax with a drink in the conservatory or enjoy the lounge, which has large comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV and a DVD player. Beautiful countryside and coastline surrounds Bude, and is perfect for walking. A popular area for surfing, 2 of Cornwall’s finest beaches are just a few minutes’ walk from The Grosvenor. 5 minutes’ walk away is Bude Golf course.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff
Excellent location for beach, restaurants etc. Convenient parking just outside the building. Very clean and breakfast was excellent. Lizzie & Steve are very helpful hosts. We will be back in the near future.
The stay in the Grosvenor guest house was excellent, I liked the reception upon arrival, the room and the breakfast.
You get a good selection of what you would like for breakfast and the owners can't do enough for you. The other guests were also very nice and got on with them very well. The location in Bude is perfect, the walk to the beach is only 5 mins, local restaurants and the Town Centre is nearby as well. I would definitely recommend to others.
Ideal for the town and the beach. The guest house is very comfortable and the hosts very welcoming. Breakfast choice is good too! Would recommend.
Friendly hosts, very helpful for local info e.g. taxis etc. Great breakfast, in light airy dining room, food freshly cooked to order. Spacious clean, comfortable bedroom, slept like a baby after my coastal walks. Easy access to SWCP heading north or south. Highly recommend this B&B.
