Nice location, comfortable room with a friendly host.
Nice basic room with easy access and parking right outside. Easy to find, nice area and very helpful staff.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, even remembered me from my one-night stay last year! They provide lovely meals (with great accommodation for vegetarians, like me) including dinner and breakfast.
The pub/restaurant is lovely and the locals are friendly and good-natured - even though us Festival go-ers come and disturb their peace every year!
The rooms are super cute, twin room with a homely vibe and it's like having a little cottage with your own front door. You can also park your car right outside if you want to. They come equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, storage, and a fridge which was a bonus given that I was planning to be camping for 5 days after this and I could keep my fruit and Babybels cold for a bit longer.
Location was fantastic for Download Festival, only a few mins from Melbourne Town which has free parking and some sweet cafes and shops.
