Very clean, and a wonderful location really close to everything in st leonard's and the station.

Apartment was as advertised, on top floor and no lift, so kept us fit. Very modern, with underfloor heating, plus radiators in the bathrooms. Comfy beds and large sofa (easily fitted 3 adults). Nice addition for Christmas with crackers and a bottle of fizz.

The apartment itself was fantastic, with modern amenities and a comfortable layout. Location was good in regards to distance from the local train station and the beach. Kings road was very nice. The host was fantastic and very accommodating.

Fantastic stay!!! Where do we begin? The best location in Hastings and better than a hotel we previously stayed in close by. Newly remodeled beautiful modern apartment with everything you need. David the Manager was absolutely amazing and replied immediately with any questions we had and went above and beyond. The maintenance brought towels when requested and are really friendly. Literally right next to the beach, lots of pubs, bakeries, best coffee shops, Italian restaurant's- recommend Bella Vista, Chinese, fish n chips, Co-Op, Boots, Chicken, pizza, ATM and a short walk into the town and Old Town. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!! Felt very safe too. The patio outside the bedroom is a nice touch too.

The property is well located for access from the station and is a short walk from the sea front. There are interesting shops and cafe nearby. The property was simply furnished but comfortable.
