The staff were really attentive and friendly, no waiting around. Convenient location as it was the first time I've ever stayed in that location so literally stepped out the door and caught a bus into Nottingham centre.
Welcoming host, good selection of beers and ciders
Helpful friendly staff (called Austin). Clean room and decent size bed and tv. The electric fan was essential in a small room which got warm. The fridge was a welcome item for keeping food cool.
Really friendly at check-in and rooms were comfortable and had everything you need.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was clean and as expected, shared bathrooms were always clean and always available and water was hot
