Location, great, staff very helpful, just everything, was perfect, I would definitely recommend it.
Nothing, just breakfast could be a bit better. But you get what you pay for.

location! so convenient to go anywhere across central london.
Nice location. Russell Square and Free British Museum very close. Excellent front desk staff. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Restaurant/bar was very poor service. Just ordered egg sandwich. After 30 minutes of waiting we cancelled and left.

Rooms are very very old, made me feel like it was 1960s Moscow.
Breakfast was limited, not great.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable, couldn't get a decent sleep.
Overall disappointing, better value at other hotels for the same price.
