Very clean and comfy bed. Plenty of tea and coffee. Central to where I needed to be. Diane and the bar staff are lovely and very attentive to your needs
The room was really spacious and the beds were comfortable! There was a table, three chairs, a small tv (no remote so we couldn’t turn it on) and lots of cupboards and closets. We had looked at reviews before coming that were a bit harsh but those seem a bit nit picky. We thought the decor was cute and loved the little tea station that was set up.
I had seen people complaining about noise from the pub but I’d assume that’s just on the weekends. We came on a weekday and there was completely no noise, we had a great sleep.
If you need to get downtown you can easily get there from the Jollys, it’s about a block or two away and much more reliable than the busses. A day pass costs about £4 and gets you downtown pretty quick.
