We were upgraded to a lovely room which I feel better suited the price we were paying.
Cleanliness, tasty and quick room service, good location, attentive and friendly staff.
The property is well maintained and they certainly take pride in it. The staff is professional and well trained. I especially liked Jonathan, one of the bar tenders. He came to our table after I gave the waitress a complicated drink order. I kidded him to take a seat at our table and join us, and then moved over. He sat down and made the best martini ever. And to my great surprise, he lives about ten minutes from a place we stay in Alicante, Spain.
Beautiful property in lovely Chelsea. Great comfortable room, excellent bath, really nice staff, good food. Really really nice!
Excellent stay again, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a luxurious central London location! They went above and beyond for my son and I and I can’t wait to go back.
