If the apartment looked like the photos I would have been delighted. But rather than the lovely wooden floor you get a badly painted white floor. Also there was an unbearably strong smell of bleach in the living room that still hadn't gone by the next day so didn't use the living room. Likes - location is excellent

Location was incredible! All the facilities you could want. Super clean and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Would definitely book again. And with free parking!!

The property is in an excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the centre of York with parking facilities which worked perfectly for us! The property was a generous size and nicely decorated, it even has its own patio - which would have been nice if the rain had let up! Jed, the host, was excellent in their communication, and helped facilitate the delivery of flowers to the property prior to the arrival of my partner and I which was much appreciated. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this property to couples or individuals looking to stay in York.

The location was excellent and the apartment itself was perfect. Everything we needed was supplied and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Would highly recommend staying here whether you're staying a few days or longer!

Everything, a superb ground floor apartment with absolutely everything you'll need for a very comfortable stay in York. A parking space also reserved in the hotel next door, very well organised. A kitchenette area, a bedroom and a huge bathroom all very nice, clean and tidy. A small courtyard with a table to enjoy your early morning cuppa in the sunshine. A great location very near to all the attractions that York has to offer.
