location was excellent not to ffar from town centre
A great small hotel in an ideal location on Reads Avenue. This is only a few minutes walk to central pier and coral island and the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom. The owner was great, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a budget stay in Blackpool.
Super friendly staff and quick response to questions before our stay. Rooms exceded our expectations and were all spotlessly clean.

It was a lovely clean room, very spacious and comfortable. Loved how the tv had youtube and netflix as an option to watch. Very quiet accommodation, very peaceful and welcoming.
