The staff were very nice and accommodating. We needed extra fans and a room change due to the road traffic. Our first room was right on the road and we had to keep the windows open due to the heat wave. The food was fabulous. I loved being able to eat right there. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all tremendous. The breakfast was included and was abundant. I had the Burrata salad for dinner and had to go back and eat it again for lunch the next day. Prices were very reasonable.
Lovely hotel and gastropub in a quiet village. Food and drinks are excellent. Walking distance to the train station with just a short ride to Stafford, Shrewsbury or Birmingham.
A convenient place to stop halfway from Blackpool to Bournemouth.
The location and the staff were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable.
Generally fits the requirements as expected for a pub.
