The location was great for us with parking opposite.. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed one night as it was a great location to visit RHS Rosemoor, 10 mins up the road. Had a lovely stay, staff was very freindly and the room was spacious, clean with plenty of tea and coffee. Evening meal and breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay, it had the feel of a nice local pub.
We would stay again.
Excellent breakfast, a lovely clean room with plenty bathroom towels and soaps etc. A room with typical Devon cottage beams nicely done.
