Very nice and clean room. The host Dave was very welcoming and helpful. Great location as it’s very near the town centre.

The Mayfair is situated in a quiet residential area, close to the beach front, town centre, and surrounding local amenities.
Only seen our host, Lesley, whilst checking in, who was friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Didn't see her again as we had no issues during our stay. The hosts also let us know our room was ready before arriving.
Our room and the toilet/shower room were clean and tidy and very peaceful. Tea, coffee kettle provided in the room. Room/guest house was very secure.
Would highly recommend the Mayfair, and we would definitely stay here again.
