Spacious apartment, yet still cosy. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Perfectly located on Grey Street, right in the middle of everything. Lovely and warm, but with powerful air conditioning that got us cold in no time at all after a long and sweaty day out! We were met at the door by Mike, the apartment manager, who was really friendly and welcoming. He showed us around, let us know about the foibles of the area around the apartment that you get in every city, and did a quick health and safety briefing (fire alarm, emergency exits, that type of thing) that are the mark of someone who cares and should be the norm everywhere. We had a great stay and will be back repeatedly.
