We loved the location. Very close to Paddington Station that allowed us to get anywhere. There were plenty of restaurant around as well.
We only had breakfast one morning for L8, which was a pretty fair deal.
The lady who was responsible for cleaning our room was great. The kitchen/breakfast staff was very good. All of the staff were helpful, but there was one guy at the front desk who was not the most service oriented. I called him "Mr Personality" - in jest.
Staff was always at reception to help with any problems. All my requests were kindly fulfilled from extra shampoo and towels to opening my suite door because I forgot my room key.
Location, easy walk to Paddington station.
Good value for money.

This is a great place for a short stay- close to Paddington, clean, quite calm street and very helpful and courteous staff.
