The room we had had a warm welcoming atmosphere. It was a bit quirky with a separate toilet and bathroom. I liked the beverage tray and one of the best I've seen. I liked their idea of complementary refilled glass water bottles. The black out curtains and secondary glazing worked well. I enjoyed the fact that we had a bath tub. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The bathroom was fine with a good shower. The room overall was okay but much too hot, the radiators were off but it had two hot pipes running through it. We had to have the window wide open day & night to try & cool it down. The room faced the main road & two busy pubs so it was quite noisy until the early hours with music & chatter!

The ambience of the hotel was lovely. The bedroom was at least 5 yards in length which gave me plenty of room. There was plenty of teabags,coffee and water in the room. The bathroom was very nice and the whole room was clean, and the carpet on the floor was well looked after. The bed was large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb, plus it was hot. The staff in the hotel gave excellent service, and were very very polite. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay in.

Great location, very central in Warminster. We didn’t eat there so cannot comment on breakfast. Room was at the back and really quiet. Couldn’t hear the pub at all. Highly recommend.
