Beautiful light spacious flat. Excellent service from the Sykes Holiday Cottages, key collection from keysafe was v easy. Flat itself was super clean and spotless, modern faculties, very comfortable bed, heating easy to control, everything you want! Convenient location for both Portland Bill and the sailing activities in the harbour. Always found free parking very close by.
No sign of the smoke smell mentioned by others (possibly next-door flat residents as occasionally i met them smoking outside of the front door 2 levels down and the other side of the building).
