Staff and location excellent! We don't usually stay at a 5-star hotel but when we looked for an affordable central hotel ideally with an outdoor pool for three nights the morning before our arrival they had a Classic Double Room available so we went for it. Staff went above and beyond. We arrived in the morning with the ferry and on arrival we received a welcome drink at the bar. Nice touch. We dropped off our luggage and came back in the afternoon for check-in. Breakfast was amazing. Coffee came in a big coffee pot which is always great as we like more than one mug. Plenty of choice: Continental breakfast with delicious bread, toast if you prefer or hot food options from the menu. We made use of the outdoor swimming pool a couple of times. We never dined at the hotel. We didn't manage to use the Jacuzzi. Also the last two days felt too warm for it. The whole stay was very enjoyable. A big shout-out to the staff!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They also organised a family lunch for a special occasion & provided a separate room for the event which was excellent
The whole experience was one to remember. The staff were attentive and no request was too much. The food was and service again was second to none. Will definitely be going back to OGH.
