extremely warm and welcoming , helpful friendly staff, very comfortable accommodation, clean, good amenities and facilities
As I had booked the room for a birthday surprise they organised some flowers for the room after I had sent them an email to see if it was something they where able to do. Then when we arrived they had decorated the room with balloons as well as an added bonus.
Best hotel to be at when coming to Great Yarmouth. It has everything you need. Full gym and pool. Next to Lidl. Very clean and based in Caister. Will be coming back here for sure!
