The location was phenomenal. Surrounded by the lush rolling hills of Cornwall in the midst of equestrian activity, the Old Water Works is a great candidate for the most peaceful offering on Booking.com. The proximity to such pristine Cornish coastal destinations as Port Issac, Tintagel and Port Quin makes the property an ideal base for day trips exploring this magnificent region. And when you get your fill of Cornish coastal charm, most definately take James' suggestion of exploring the Bishops' Wood filled with trails through a beautiful verdant wilderness.
Amazing accommodation with all the essential amenities & the comfiest bed ever. Really well situated for exploring Cornwall and set on a lovely little farm. The family who owns it were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely come back again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was spacious the bed really comfortable. Lovely quiet location and a very welcoming host.
