The riviera owners kindly upgraded us to one of their sister hotels.. brilliant customer service and the breakfast was worth every penny .. we would definitely stay again many thanks for being such accommodating hosts
Raj and Ash was very friendly, the room was comfortable a little small though, the location was fantastic, we had a great time
The staff was very pleasant. Location was very entertaining and close to blackpool tower. I would stay again if and when we return to blackpool.
Had a fantastic stay here, the staff are so welcoming and attentive. We at a large family with 2 teens and 2 younger children as it was the 2 youngest’s first time staying in a hotel as you can imagine they was very excited. The owners went above and beyond to make it a special experience for them and the rest of the family. I did have 1 issue with our room but the owners didn't hesitate to correct the problem and was very accommodating for our needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we will be returning very soon.
Neha and Ash were excellent hosts; both with pleasant personalities and very wordly.
Everything was provided - with travelling in UK best shower I've had - and a complimentary breakfast on my last day.
Highly recommended and I hope to stay again in the near future.
