Great room with a good breakfast. The pool was good too. We had a pleasant walk to Bournemouth along the promenade.
The bar area staff were friendly, food was decent.
On arrival we were upgraded to a lovely double room with balcony and sea view. Very comfortable bed, plenty of tea and coffee, spotlessly clean room, lovely bed linen. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selection. Location was perfect for us visiting a friend living nearby but also great to walk easily to the Alum Chine nearby. Hotel has good restaurant and bar also. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Particularly lovely lady on duty during breakfast.
All was excellent. The entire family loved it.
You get what you expect at that type and level of hotel + fantastic staff + great view + indoor pool. It was great.
Good location just 5mins walk to the beach. Breakfast is good and delicious. Room size is just right not too big for a family. Balcony rooms are good with Beach view. Swimming pool and jacuzzi and gym are good. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.
