Location is outstanding, exactly what we needed.
We enjoyed that it's a 24 hour reception, all the staff were very cheery. Very clean room. Funky decorated staircase.

The room was such a respite. Clean, very comfortable and very charming.
The staff are very friendly. The hotel has a great location in Clifton Village, near to lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants and places for breakfast. The bedroom is lovely and the hotel provides the usual free tea and biscuits in the room but also a cafetiere with ground coffee, and fruit. The bed was really comfortable.
A very attractive hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
The staff were all exemplary and truly understood guests’ needs. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, as were the staff in the dining room each morning. We liked the use of the open area walls for exhibiting artwork.
