The location is great - right in the center where all the restaurants and pubs are, close to the Ely cathedral. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious, and there were all the expected amenities.

room very comfortable, dinner very good, breakfast fine. In a pleasant contrast to our stay at other East Anglia hotels on this trip, the room was a comfortable temperature when we arrived and remained so.
Central location, good food, very attentive and friendly staff, who could not do enough for us. Great bed room and bathroom. The weather was so hot the air conditioning was very welcome.
