Really great property for a larger group. The pictures don’t do the space justice!

The set up is 2 apartments which can be combined as a single space for larger groups.

We were a group of 6 attending an event in Birkdale and the space was perfect for us.

Location is ideal for a short walk to both Birkdale and Lord Street , Southport.

Accommodation was spotless and contact with our hosts was always prompt and informative.

One of our party left an item behind when we left and the hosts were extremely helpful in getting it back to us.

We all agreed that the space was good value for money and would stay again in similar circumstances.

The location is 15 minutes walk from the main attractions. Road isn't too busy, good quality windows and doors, hardly any transfer of noise from my teenage granddaughters on the top floor, (who were too excited to sleep as they were bridesmaids for the first time). Beds were very comfy, good clean linens and towels. Lots of space for storing cases, prams and other big items. Play room went down well with the younger boys. Very fast 15 minute wash, a clothes maiden and some very sunny spots to dry clothes. Showers were good. Overall a very nice apartment if a lovely old house, lots of space and air, well decorated and very clean.

Fantastic house! Stayed here with a friend and my 4 children for the Southport Air show. There's a room at the top of the house which is great for the kis. 2 single and one double bed, shower room and play area. On the first floor theres another room with 2 single beds with its own kitchen. My 14 year old loved it! Another room then has to sinlges and a double which was so comfortable, great size room. Lovely living room then through to the kitchen which leads you to another shower room which is very spacious (shower was amazing!) We had a lovely stay and will definitely return! Would recommend.
