The cleanliness and the warm welcome from the host
Last minute booking due to us having a cancellation and the owner was very accommodating for us.
So CLEAN and comfy!
I arrived in London without a place to sleep. I was very glad to be able to book and get into the Saxon rooms within few hours. I got a room upgrade free of charge which was very sweet. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Most comfortable bathroom mat I've ever seen :)
The host was very considerate and approachable. The large room was great. Nicer than I expected. Quiet area.
Cleanliness, good location, host was extremely nice and always available to help.. definitely booking again next time I’m in london
