The 4-star Sefton Hotel is located in Douglas on the beachfront. It features a unique indoor water garden, swimming pool and 2 restaurants. The fantastic staff at all levels. Nothing was too much trouble. My wife has mobility problems and the breakfast staff were very solicitous and extremely helpful.
The accessible atrium bedroom was large and well laid out. The tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc were replenished daily.
Location and breakfast were excellent. Area very walkable with a bus stop in front of hotel. The sea front location was lovely. Easy walk to the ferry terminal.

Our hotel room was lovely, modern, clean and very spacious we also had a balcony over looking the water gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful if we needed anything it was sorted straight away. We had a meal in the restaurant which was amazing from flavour to choice and portion size all fantastic.
The hotel is in a brilliant location. It's very clean, a little dated in areas but overall its very nice. It also helps that there is a bar and restaurant on either side of the hotel.
