Large comfy room and fabulous helpful staff. Superb breakfast and parking on the street near the hotel. A great place to stay in Great Yarmouth.

Breakfast was full English, but you could choose what you wanted or didn't want on a form. I like that idea because less food is wasted. The location was great - easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The bed was comfortable but the room was quite warm and there was no way to get it cooler. There was a fan, but that was ineffective, and the window could only be opened a crack. No A/C. The shower was hot and had good pressure. It was fine for a night, but because of the poor ventilation in the room, I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer than that. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We got there early, and were provided with the keys prior to check-in time. A 'resident' parking pass was arranged for us, so we were able to park on the side street fairly close to the B&B.

Superb hotel within a very short walk of the beach. Room was excellent - two double beds in one room for the kids and a double for us. Plenty of space - there was a walk in cupboard which we didn't need, and the bathroom was enormous. Excellent shower as well! Breakfast was superb, with high quality bacon and sausage (no cheap rubbish). The kids even got a treat . . .

We were made very welcome by our host. Even upgraded our room. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. Good start to the day. Our room was spacious and clean and well appointed with everything you need. Huge bed! Even a little table top fridge which was unexpected. Fred and Ted kept peeking in !!!

Lovely rooms comfortable and spacious. Greeted by Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of cereals and big fried breakfast. Great location central for all amenities and attractions
