We had a great stay in The Silver Spirit !! This quirky caravan has been restored to a high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The double bed is very cosy. Bathroom is clean ,as is the whole van, although there are some very good toilets and showers a short walk away. The caravan is in its own little garden so very private. We ate at the pub in the village which is about 5 minutes walk away, everyone was super friendly. We would definitely recommend a stay in this fab caravan, great location and lovely 'land yacht '

It was quirky and different, a different way to spend a few days of the holiday, the pitch was nicely situated with trees and bushes around, it was a lovely spot.
The Silver Spirit was quirky and unique! Extremely clean and clearly very well looked after.
The campsite location was perfect, not far at all from the local pub. Lathkill Dale was beautiful and made for a lovely Sunday stroll.
The caravan is lovely. Very tastefully furnished with an extremely comfortable bed. The location was amazing. We were on plot 12 at Lathkill Caravan site. It was a very large plot, surrounded by trees and shrubs so really private. The toilet and shower block were just a couple of minutes walk around the corner. As stated in previous reviews the local pub is just down the road. We ate there on Sunday. Meals were delicious and great portion size! The bar staff and local people were all extremely friendly. There are numerous public footpaths from the village. We picked up a walk from the back of the mere, across from the pub which took us across open fields, through a farm and into part of the Limestone Way and we came out onto Lathkill Dale just across the road from the campsite.
