self catering - so the breakfasts were just right! The location is superb and the facilities and equipment are first class. Will was very helpful in explaining the mysteries of the TV system - which was far more complex than we have at home.
Ilkley is a lovely place.
The Smithy is in an ideal location just a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants.
There is ample parking at the front of the property, off road so no worries there.
It is such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The apartment is finished to a VERY high standard, there is everything you need - spotlessly clean. The pictures actually don't do the place justice!
The bed is the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, so much so that I asked Will (the owner) where it was from, and I've bought the exact same one for our spare room at home!
Will is so nice and helpful, very quick to respond to any questions. We had the pleasure of meeting him and his gorgeous baby girl 🥰
You won't find better so don't hesitate to book. We'll be back.
The apartment has everything you need including Wi-Fi and TV apps. The hosts were very approachable and provided drink-making provisions and snacks. The apartment is light, easy to ventilate, warm and roomy with a view of the hills.
Good location. Great to have parking. Comfortable in every way and owners across road very welcoming, generous and helpful.
Ideal location - very close to station, buses and centre of town. Large and comfortable beds. Good bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Attentive hosts. Parking place was helpful. Very spacious.
