Quiet and friendly staff. Exceptional value for money and lovely food.
Great location, fabulous room near the beer garden. Lovely food. Staff very friendly, and great welcome to dogs too!
We stayed at the Star as we were visiting St Ives, we parked at the pub and walked the short distance to St Erth train station and took the train to St Ives for the day (they run every 30 mins or so) check in was easy and the room was very clean, comfortable, great shower and complementary tea, coffee and biscuits. The landlady was helpful and we had a lovely evening meal at the pub to finish our day - would definitely return.

Friendly helpful hardworking staff. Lovely community feel with live music in pub and a nice vibe. Accommodation was clean and bright as a new pin, bed was comfortable, food was gorgeous thank you
