The flat was lovely, and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do(15-minute walk max).
The shower was amazing, and the fan was definitely a plus with how the weather was.
Host's communication was excellent. Flat is exactly as pictured, light and well equipped. Comfortable, warm. Well located in the centre of Leeds. It's a bit difficult to find the flat once inside the building, but once you've found it the first time it's easy enough. Couldn't work out where the lift was, but I don't mind stairs. Parking across the road at Trafalgar St car park was really cheap for the long weekend, thanks to the hosts for that recommendation.
The large communal entrance area looks a bit unfinished, but that's nothing to do with the flat itself, which was lovely.
